The manager will assist you in your set up and throughout the duration of your booking, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is standard requirement for the duration of each booking.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

  1. To book and secure your event date email us here. You are required to read and accept our Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy at the time of booking. You will receive an email with your reservation and invoice for payment of the full venue hire. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

  2. 21 days prior to your event confirm your Caterer and Security (if any) final numbers and the event hours required for Event Management (if any). Following confirmation you will receive an invoice for any BYO, Event Management (if any) and the bond. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your event.

  3. Your bond payment, less any applicable charges will be refunded within 7 days following your event.
